 Rita Risto, founder and CEO of Ried Inc., has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for transforming houses into homes. With extensive experience in design, renovations, and home flipping, she started Ried Inc. to help clients bring their visions to life. Known for her meticulous eye for detail and hands-on approach, Rita ensures every project runs seamlessly from concept to completion. What truly inspires her, however, is the moment her clients step into the space they’ve always dreamed of—turning visions into reality is what makes her work so rewarding. 

 Eduard Wieser, our lead General Contractor, brings over 20 years of experience in project management and customer service to every renovation. His love for transforming homes began in childhood, learning alongside his father the value of a well-crafted, welcoming space. Known for his approachable, hands-on leadership, Ed works closely with clients and crews alike to ensure each project runs smoothly and efficiently. His top priority is delivering a seamless, stress-free experience—where exceptional craftsmanship and satisfied homeowners always go hand in hand.
